At Playground One, we are committed to providing reliable shipping for our playground equipment, playsets, and accessories. Because our products range from smaller accessories to large playground systems, shipping methods, costs, and delivery times may vary depending on the product and destination. This policy explains where we ship, how shipping costs are calculated, and when you can expect your order.
Shipping & Handling
Order Processing
Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding U.S. federal holidays.
- Order Cut-Off: Orders placed by 1:00 PM EST on a business day begin processing the same day. Orders placed after the cut-off, or on weekends and holidays, begin processing the next business day.
- Handling Time: In-stock orders are prepared and handed to the carrier within 1 -2 business day.
- Special-Order Products: Some products have longer lead times. When this applies, it is noted on the product page.
Delivery Time
Standard transit time is 3 – 5 days. Delivery times are estimates, not guaranteed delivery dates, and may vary based on:
- Product type, size, and configuration
- Shipping destination
- Shipping method and carrier availability
- Large-item delivery requirements
- Weather, peak seasons, and other events outside our control
For larger playground systems, delivery may require additional coordination based on delivery and installation process.
Where We Ship
Playground One currently ships within the continental United States (the 48 contiguous states).
- We do not ship to Alaska or Hawaii.
- We do not ship outside the United States, including to U.S. territories and international addresses. We have international dealers to fulfill these orders. Check for a dealer near you here.
Orders placed with a shipping address outside our service area may be cancelled and refunded in full.
Shipping Costs
- Playset Shipping Cost: $299 per Playset.
- Size and shape exceptions: Due to their size some of our larger items may have necessary shipping costs that do not qualify for free shipping promotions, unless otherwise noted. These costs are clearly listed on the product page and at checkout
- Other products: Items that don’t qualify for free shipping are charged a flat shipping rate per item.
- See your total before you pay: Shipping is calculated per item based on what’s in your cart and that customers can see the total on the cart page before checking out
Important Notes
Damaged or Missing Items
Please inspect your shipment when it arrives. If any part of your order is damaged, missing, or incorrect, contact us as soon as possible with your order number and photos of the packaging and items so we can make it right.
